Multinational healthcare organisation is looking for Group Head: Remuneration and Benefits to their dynamic team. If you are an individual who enjoys complexity, then this role is for you!!

Key responsibilities are:

Responsible for managing the remuneration, benefits, payroll and HRIS portfolio.

Support and advise the HR team and business heads across all entities.

Combine Reward with other HR processes, including performance management and Talent Management.

Create the relevant incentive schemes in line with the Group strategy.

Manage all payroll processes across the Group and ensure proper monitoring and reporting.

Report on various remuneration, payroll and benefits metrics on a monthly basis to the Group HR Executive, HR team This includes reporting for Exco, the Board/Remco.

Ensure the Reward and Benefits governance standards are in place across the Group and fully communicated to the relevant stakeholders.


Extensive experience in Total Rewards Management.

10 – 15 years’ experience in all aspects of remuneration and benefit management.

5 -10 years’ experience in managing payroll functions.

Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).

SARA Accreditation as a Master/Chartered Reward Specialist.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements & legislation across various geographies (e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Tax Act, King Code, Companies Act, Equal Pay for Equal Work etc.).

Experience in the design, development and application of policies, frameworks and strategy.
